COMDEX ANNOUNCES AIRDROP CAMPAIGN FOR $LUNA AND $OSMO HOLDERS AND STAKERS
Following the successful launch of their mainnet on the 20th of November 2021. This week, Comdex has made yet another exciting announcement.
This pronouncement was accompanied with good news for holders and stakers of the Terra and Osmosis native token $LUNA and $OSMO respectively as Comdex have added another airdrop campaign exclusively for them in addition to the already existing airdrop for holders and stakers of $XPRT and $ATOM.
Comdex aims to use this airdrop campaign as an avenue to create awareness about their platform among the $LUNA and $OSMO communities so as to further broaden their reach.

Members of the Tera and Osmosis communities who have staked or are in possession of their respective native tokens were selected to partake in this airdrop because of the important roles the communities have played in the Cosmos ecosystem and the world of decentralized finance (DeFi) as a whole.
Tera has played a very significant role in ushering into Cosmos a new dawn of revolution in decentralized finance (DeFi). Hence, as a show of good faith and an effort to reach out to the members of the Tera community, Comdex have seen it fit to make $CMDX available to be airdropped to holders and stakers of the Tera native token — $LUNA.
Also, Osmosis has been a key player that has over time been making big moves to ensure that Cosmos’s vision of achieving an interoperable world of blockchains is actualized. Therefore, as a token of gratitude to the $OSMO community for passing proposal #71, Comdex will also reserve their native token ($CMDX) to be airdropped to the community.
Comdex has also announced that they are getting ready for $CMDX Liquidity Bootstrapping Pool (LBP) on Osmosis which is expected to take place within the week and upon completion of the LBP on Osmosis, individuals can then begin to claim the airdrop.
One may wonder what the criteria are to be eligible to partake in the airdrop, a brief detail of the eligibility criteria is presented below:
- The intending participant must have a minimum wallet balance of one (1) token of the network to which the airdrop is to be distributed ($OSMO or $LUNA).
- This minimum wallet balance of one (1) token must be held or staked at the time of the respective snapshots presented below:
- Friday the 8th of October 2021 at about 2:23 PM UTC for airdrop to $OSMO and
- Thursday the 30th of September 2021 at about 7:00 PM UTC for airdrop to $LUNA.
The Comdex team also added that balances that were unbonding or vesting at the time the snapshot was taken are not eligible for the airdrop.
3. Only holders and stakers that use non-custodial wallets such as Persistence, Cosmostation, and Kelpr are eligible to participate in the airdrop
4. Liquidity providers (Lps) are not eligible to participate in the airdrop campaign.
